Welcome to the online booking portal. The online booking system allows for 24/7 access to time-sheets allowing members to make bookings and check existing bookings.
The following provides information on how to book as well as navigate the site as a whole.
Navigating to the bookings area
To navigate to the booking area, click on ‘Members’ menu then select ‘Fixtures & Bookings’.
Making a booking
Booking your golf is very easy – just click and select the event you want to play in. After you have made your booking, your booking will appear in your “My Bookings” section under the “My Information” menu.

Default Playing Group
Setting up a Default Playing Group and/or your Preferred Playing Group makes it a lot easier for members to book tee-off times. Just simply Click and select your playing partners for the day by either selecting your Default Playing Group or select partners from your Partners List.
Personal Details
Your details are displayed on the left and can be updated at anytime by you, just by clicking on ‘update’ at the lower right corner under My Details. By maintaining your current Personal Details, you will never miss important information being sent to you.
